What the apps handle

Each app collects only what it needs to work. Depending on the app, that can include:

• Content you create or enter in the app.
• Account details, such as an email address, if the app has accounts.
• Basic technical data, such as device type, app version, and crash reports.

We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, or microphone audio unless an app clearly asks permission first and needs it for a feature you use. You can refuse or withdraw any permission in your device settings.

How we use it

To run the app and its features, to fix bugs, and to answer your support requests. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising profiles or share it for cross-context advertising.

Who else handles it

Our apps may rely on service providers, such as hosting, a database, or crash reporting, to work. They process data only on our behalf. Where a provider is outside the EU, the transfer is protected by the EU's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep app data while your account or the app is in use. When you delete your data, we remove it from our systems, except what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices for seven years.

Deleting your data

You can ask us to delete your account and the data tied to it at any time. Email cubex@cubex.nl from the address you used in the app, and name the app. We confirm the deletion by reply.

Children

Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you think a child has given us data, email us and we will delete it.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, or deletion of your data, and object to its use. Email cubex@cubex.nl. If you are in the EU, you can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update this page and its date. This policy is effective 4 November 2026.
